Far and Away

Jobs
During the 1890's we can see that the Irish came to the U.S. to have better life but once the got here i was not easy for them o start all over again. The were sent to leave in a tenant where more than ten people lived their. To try to get a job was really tough, because most of the jobs wanted experienced people, who knew what they wee doing so the don' slow down their business. In the movie Far and Away we can see how they had to share a bedroom and they live with other people, even though they did not have a problem finding a place to stay because they got the help from a guy who was running for office.
